Eligible Country for Indian e-Conference Visa in 2024

It is easy to obtain an Indian e-conference visa to attend specific workshops and seminars/conferences through an online portal provided by the Government of India. The only requirement to be fulfilled by the delegates attending the above events is to produce an authentic invitation letter from the respective institutions, organizations, or NGOs that coordinate the event. The process is completely virtual, and there is no problem. It visits the Indian consulate or immigration office to meet the requirements of the candidates. The conference visa allows 30 days and single-entry from the date of arrival in India. The traveler can visit India from 28 designated Airports and 5 designated Seaports.

The application process is online. As a delegate, you will be required to fill the form and provide personal details. Before beginning to fill the online form, you need to make sure that the following documents are endowed with (Documents Required for Indian e-Visa):

  • Passport with at least 6 months to expiration, A scanned copy of your Passport
  • A scanned copy of your colored photograph. Ensure that the size of the photograph does not exceed 10MB.

  • Proof of political clearance by Ministry External Affairs
  • Proof of Ministry of Home Affairs event clearance
