Indiaevisas.org Belongs to Visacent Ltd (“Indiaevisas.org”,“Indiaevisas”,” “we,”“us,”“our”) and provides its visa processing, ETA form process, documents process, passport renewals, digital documents processing and related travel services to you in part through Websites, portal, and through its mobile software applications (collectively, such services and applications, including any new features, and the Sites, the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the “Terms of Service”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. We will also notify you, either through the Services user interface or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective immediately, that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.
The regulation surrounding the Visa / eta / other documents is subject to change without notice. Weis not responsible for such changes or for any delay or loss relating to such changes.
We will not be liable for any costs, damages, and expenses from any fault or cause whatsoever, and including but not limited to liability for changes in travel, travel interruption, or prevention or limitation of travel and resulting expenses and costs, whether such damages, expenses or costs be incidental, direct, consequential, special, exemplary, or otherwise, and including but not limited to loss of profits or income, in excess of any service fees paid by customer for visa, photo or passport processing, regardless of circumstances, whether or not we had knowledge that such damages might be incurred and whether or not we may be, or may be responsible for, a contributing cause.
We make its best efforts to meet the delivery times but we does not guarantee any delivery times. We will not be responsible in any respect or for any amount for delay or loss caused by events that we cannot or do not control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, war, acts of public enemies, civil commotions, strikes, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including Government website delays our outages).
We are not responsible for the actions or inaction of the Government of any country officials and personnel. Weis not and shall not be responsible for the actions and inactions of the Government of any Country. Processing time for tourist visas, passport renewals and photo services, is quoted by us as approximations based on our experience with relevant Governments. We are not and shall not be responsible for processing times. Visa requirement for any Country regarding the Visa is established by the Government of any Country and is subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide complete and current information, we cannot guarantee that the information supplied is the most complete and current. we are not and shall not be responsible for such information.
All cancellation requests have to be sent to us before documents are uploaded and within 2 hours from the time of order success. After that time, your visa application / document process / ETA / etc order will be non-refundable (We charge upto $20 administrative fee for the refund cost).
After our Service / support Team has got application ID confirmation by the Government / or respective department / agency for your order, you could not request for cancellation anymore. Once your application / document process / ETA / etc order has been sent to your email address, we will be unable to reimburse you the visa / application / service / support, etc fee.
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa / application / document process at the time of your fill application / apply one. Our Service Team cannot be held responsible for any visa / ETA, letter documents granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa / ETA, letter documents issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission.
We strongly recommend that you check your visa / ETA, letter documents information with your passport and personal information prior to departure or whatsoever.
The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
Please note that the refund process may take 25 - 90 days or 180 days in certain cases due to payment gateway / banking procedures. Your funds will be credited to an account used during an order process in the most timely possible manner. If the refund is made to the Credit/Debit Card account or to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
On refund, Payment gateway like paypal policy change effective 5 March 2020 includes the fact that PayPal or other payment gateway method will no longer reimburse the fees they charge to customers or merchants, if a customer got issued a refund. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We use third-party payment platforms such as Spreedly, Paypal, Stripe, Paysafe, WePay, Adyen and Braintree. We do not store credit card data. All transaction information passed between us and the previous payment platforms is encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to these payment processor servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
